Fee Structure

To provide you with the highest level of service, we only work with a few select companies at a time. This allows us to become thoroughly familiar with your company, people, product, work environment and expectations.

We understand that your hiring needs and priorities can change and so can your resources. That's why we're flexible and offer a variety of services to help you meet your objectives.

Exclusive Contingency Search

This provides the same no risk arrangement as pure contingency, but in exchange for exclusivity on a particular assignment, we establish and implement a specific search plan designed to produce better results than throwing the job out to multiple recruiters.  This avoids sending confusing mixed messages into the candidate pool while demonstrating mutual commitment to one another.

Engaged Search

Also exclusive, but with an even higher degree of priority, an initial fee gets a SearchWorks team assigned immediately, and still keeps the risk small, since you pay the bulk of our fee only upon the hiring of our Impact Player talent.  You pay us one-third when we initiate the search, and the remaining two-thirds when the candidate begins employment.

Retained Search

This is the highest priority level, employed only if your need is most immediate and/or the talent skills extremely rare.  We dedicate that same team of professionals, but now you are a top priority in the office, and you have exclusive access to the target candidate pool during the agreed time period. For this option, you pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third 30 days after the search begins, and the remainder when the candidate accepts your offer.
