Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
Identify and engage prospective clients in need of supply chain services, including
warehousing, transportation, and logistics management. Conduct outreach, presentations,
and negotiations to secure new business.
• Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Maintain strong, long-term
relationships and provide ongoing support and solutions to meet evolving client needs.
• Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting customized supply chain solutions that
align with client goals and operational requirements.
• Order Fulfillment & Data Entry:
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
of client orders. Enter and manage sales data with precision to support internal processes
and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with customer service, logistics, and operations teams to resolve issues, optimize
service delivery, and improve client outcomes.
• Additional Duties:
Take on other responsibilities and projects as assigned, contributing to continuous
improvement and overall business success.

Qualifications:
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain services
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and client challenges
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
