Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Leadership:
o Develop and execute the sales strategy for the EMS division, ensuring alignment with
company goals and market opportunities.
o Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve both short, and
long-term sales targets.
o Collaborate with the executive team to define the sales budget, forecast, and growth
targets.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction and loyalty.
o Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs, concerns,
and business requirements.
o Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify potential new
clients to expand market presence.
• Sales Operations & Performance:
o Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
and final delivery.
o Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking to ensure
consistent growth.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing) to
ensure smooth execution of projects and meet customer expectations.
• Market Expansion & Growth:
o Identify new verticals and geographical markets for expansion.
o Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, product
positioning, and sales materials.
o Support the development and execution of strategic partnerships to enhance
business opportunities.
• Contract Negotiations & Pricing:
o Lead negotiations for major contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring favorable
terms for both the company and the customer.
o Maintain knowledge of industry pricing trends and ensure competitiveness.
• Market Intelligence & Forecasting:
o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide insights
that inform the company’s sales strategy.
o Provide accurate sales forecasting and market analysis to the executive team.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with manufacturing
capabilities and product offerings
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years as a Sales Head in the EMS
Industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in a competitive
market.
• In-depth understanding of the EMS industry, including manufacturing processes, supply chain
management, and product lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
