Prior to joining The SearchWorks Group in 2008, Jeremy's professional career began with Solectron Corporation's Global Services Division (now Flextronics). During his 7 yr career with Solectron, Jeremy earned an impressive promotion record, rapidly growing from Technician, to Team Leader, to Program Manager, and finally becoming one of the youngest Regional Managers in the company's history, responsible for multi-million dollar customer programs. Jeremy then had a unique opportunity to become the Director of Sales for GSCS Inc., a leading edge materials management companies supporting Fortune 500 OEMs as well as start up ventures. Jeremy was a key component in GSCS Operations and Sales as he helped catapult GSCS from $15M/yr to over $50M/yr in less than a year.
Jeremy has had several published articles about the EMS Employment space and he routinely provides his insights to EMSNow, SMT007, Venture Outsource and most recently, The Manufacturing Market Insider (MMI) from New Venture Research. He has been a public speaker addressing organizations like the Dallas Chapter of the IEEE, on electronic manufacturing topics such as "The Impacts of Counterfeit Components". Jeremy is also the successful inventor of a Secured Wireless Handset, US Patent No 7,162,278 B2.
Former Program Director for Lockheed Martin, 15+ successful years recruiting in the Defense, Aerospace and Electronic Manufacturing industries, using a great process and great care to find great people, for great jobs, for great companies.

My 35+ years of DOD experience in both industry and government assignments have prepared me well in terms of understanding the peculiar needs and recognizing the critical talents required by the defense and high tech industries.
Anthony comes to The SearchWorks Group with over 25 years of recruiting experience. He worked 8 years with recruiting agencies before transitioning to corporate recruiting in 2006. During that time Anthony recruited for top professionals in legal, finance, marketing, sales, consulting, program and project management as well as IT and software development for organizations such as Microstrategy, Genesys, Dynatrace and most recently at AARP.
Anthony brings strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates. His strongest skills are in candidate and client experience.
Outside of his work at The SearchWorks Group, Anthony is a referee for Cardinal Basketball Officials Association out of Northern Virginia.

Ava is in her final year pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Experience Management and Marketing at the University of North Texas. Applying her education and two decades of growing up in The SearchWorks Group, Ava has taken over the marketing and sourcing activities for SearchWorks, bringing in top-tier candidates and managing our website and LinkedIn profile. Ava enjoys the opportunity for creativity and to use leading technology and tools to find elite talent.
Outside of work and school, Ava is a competitive Eventer within the equestrian sporting world.
