EXCLUSIVE CONTINGENCY

This provides the same no-risk arrangement as pure contingency, but in exchange for exclusivity on a particular assignment, we establish and implement a specific search plan designed to produce better results than throwing the job out to multiple recruiters. This avoids sending confusing mixed messages into the candidate pool while demonstrating mutual commitment to one another.

ENGAGED

Another exclusive option with an even higher degree of priority, with an initial fee a SearchWorks team is assigned immediately and still keeps the risk small. You pay the bulk of our fee only upon the hiring of our Impact Player talent. You pay us one-third when we initiate the search, and the remaining two-thirds when the candidate begins employment.

RETAINED

This is the highest priority level, strategically designed for when your need is most immediate, rare or confidential. We dedicate that same team of professionals, but now you are a top priority in the office and have exclusive access to the target candidate pool during the agreed time period. For this option, you pay us one third to initiate, one third when finalists are presented and one third when they begin work.
