For 20+ years this candidate has been running EMS Operations and leading Sales teams in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 EMS companies.  He is deeply networked and knowledgeable within the A&D markets and possesses time tested relationships with Prime contractors and DoD.  He brings a demonstrated history of growing revenues upward of $100M+ while improving margins and strengthening Sales and Program Management teams.  A very rare find for any EMS business that is looking to compete in the A&D market.

Compensation will be $200K +/- plus bonus and/or equity.
